When you lose a baby, you may want to find ways to start healing your body. You may also want to find ways to begin managing your overwhelming, and all encompassing grief. We at LOLA hope to help you begin the process of healing your mind and body.

You might begin by watching the interviews explaining the benefits of Yoga, Pilates, Exercise and Sleep, following the loss of your baby. Our practitioners talk a lot about the body’s response to grief, in particular, about the body “holding on” to stress as you tense up and close in around the pain you are feeling after losing your baby. With their help, we hope you can start to release the grief and the pain you are feeling, and hopefully, begin to find some relief.

If you’re interested in trying a class, you can go straight to the Yoga and Pilates classes, which are free for you to download at any time. The classes are of varying lengths and types, so that you can choose one which best suits you. They are designed especially for you – to help you cope with the enormous grief you are experiencing right now, and to assist you in recovering, in the weeks and months following the birth of your child. They are suitable for beginners, as well as those of you who are more experienced in yoga and Pilates practice.
